Vacant Property

Description

The National Security Vacant Property policy is designed for homes which have recently become vacant for various reasons. You may own rental property and are between tenants, your property may be vacant due to renovations or you may have moved and your house has not been sold. This is a named peril policy and losses are settled on an actual cash value basis.

The covered perils are:

  • Fire & Lightning
  • Windstorm or Hail (coverage is excluded in Harrison, Hancock and Jackson counties in Mississippi)
  • Explosion
  • Riot
  • Riot attending a strike
  • Civil commotion
  • Aircraft
  • Vehicles
  • Smoke

Note

National Security’s Vacant policy allows you the flexibility to add several optional coverages for an additional premium.
