Contents Coverage

Description

The National Security Contents policy is designed to provide tenants with coverage for their personal property while living in a rental property. This is a named peril policy and losses are settled on an actual cash value basis.

The covered perils are:

  • Fire & Lightning
    		•
  • Windstorm or Hail (coverage is excluded in Harrison, Hancock and Jackson counties in Mississippi)
    		•
  • Explosion
    		•
  • Riot
    		•
  • Riot attending a strike
    		•
  • Civil commotion
    		•
  • Aircraft
    		•
  • Vehicles
    		•
  • Smoke
    		•
  • Vandalism
    		•

Note

National Security’s Contents policy also allows the option to add Personal Liability coverage for an additional premium.

National Security's Contents Coverage policy is available in AL, AR, GA, MS, OK, SC, and TN.
