Limited Homeowner's

Description

The National Security Limited Homeowners policy is designed for homes that may not fit into the standard homeowner markets for various reasons. Some of the reasons may include the age, size, value or location of the home. Our Limited Homeowners policy provides property and liability coverage.

The perils covered are:

  • Windstorm or Hail (coverage is excluded in Harrison, Hancock, Jackson, George, Pearl River and Stone counties in Mississippi)

  • Sudden and accidental smoke damage

  • Sinkhole Collapse

  • Vandalism
    		•
  • Weight of Ice, Snow, or Sleet

  • Limited Water Damage ($1,500)

  • Limited Theft ($1,000)

National Security's Limited Homeowner's policy is available in AL, AR, GA, MS, OK, SC, and TN.
